Former University of Akron standout Kara Murphy has signed a professional contract to continue her playing career with Umea Comets of the Swedish Damligan - the most competitive women's league in Sweden.Kara is having a great year so far for Umea. She is currently averaging 16.2ppg and 7rpg.
